The 1910 Polk city Directory listed Paul Warren as the resident of 306 Winthrop.  His live-in domestic was Bettie Brown.  Hugh Campbell lived here in 1912 according to the directory of that year.  The 1918 city directory listed John Flaherty while Charles Chapman, a buyer, resided here in 1921.
