314 Winthrop was home to John Bunting according to the 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories.  Mr. Bunting was the president of the Bunting & Bronze Company.  His biography and photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 626.  His wife was Mary (Boyle) Bunting.
