Nellie Grimminger was the family's live-in domestic. The 1910 directory also listed George Richards who was in real estae. Thomas Cook's name appeared in 1912. 1918 saw Charles Schindler, a manufacturer of toys and advertising novelties, and roomers Louis, Laura and Cecile Schindler while Loren Wilson was the occupant by 1921.
