Contractor Nathaniel Heffelbower constructed this home at 2738 Parkwood.  The Lucas County Auditor's records listed its construction year as 1905.  John Weyant, an agent for the Berger Building Specialties, was a resident in 1910.  Helen Weyant, a physician, was listed as a resident in the 1910, 1918, and 1921 city directories.  It appeared she had her office at the house.  Also, in 1910  John Wilson, a traveling agent, also boarded there.   2720 Robinwood is nearly a match in appearance.
