The 2473 Parkwood address did not appear in the 1911 Polk City Directory.  It first appeared in 1912.  Robert Draper had many titles including the secretary of the I. H. Detwiler Company, the Terra Firma Realty Company and the International Realty and Investment Company. The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Frederick Broer as the resident of 2473 Parkwood.  Mr. Broer sold clothing from his store at 626-28 St. Clair.
