2834 Parkwood was built in 1917.  It became home to Amos Lint.  Mr. Lint, according to the 1921 city directory, was the president and treasurer of the City Machine & Tool Company.  His biography and personal photograph appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol 3 on page 412.  His wife was Myrtle (Ferris) Lint.  Their son Robert Lint boarded here.
