Walter Chase who was the president of the B . A. Stevens Company lived at 2628 Parkwood in 1910.  He passed away by 1918 as the directory of that year listed Clara Chase as his widow.  Both the 1918 and the 1921 city directories listed Lucille Chase, a public school teacher, as a roomer.
