2897 Parkwood was not listed in the 1912 Polk City Directory.  The 1918 and the 1921 Polk city directories listed Lyman Ford, a traveling agent (salesman), as the resident of 2897 Parkwood.  Lemuel Ford, a pilot, roomed here those same years.
