2641 Parkwood Avenue at Kent Place (now Baldwin Place) was designed by the architectural firm Langdon & Hohly in 1913 who were commissioned by Blanche Levi of 124 Floyd Street. The cost was estimated to be $5,500. Mrs. Levi was married to Morgan Levi, the president and general manager of the Commerce Paper Company. Mr. Levi passed in 1934. | |||||
