The Charles Fox Realty Company opened an office on the grounds of Birckhead Place which was open daily from 2 to 4 to promote the lots for sale.  They ranged in price from $25 to $50 per foot front.  Numerous ads for "Beautiful Birckhead Place" were placed in the Toledo News Bee including May 6, 1907; May 15, 1907; May 24, 1907; June 14, 1907; June 22, 1907 with a photograph; and April 18, 1908.
