The 1918 through 1924 directories listed Mrs. Margaret Bigelow, the widow of Chauncey Bigelow, as the occupant. The 1928 Toledo Social Register listed Mrs. Bigelow at # 9 and her children as Rueben Bigelow, Mrs. Issac Kinsey Jr., Phyllis Bigelow and Margery Bigelow. | |||||
