2734 Cheltehham was listed as 2726 Cheltenham in a sale ad that ran in the September 18, 1937 issue of the Toledo News-Bee on page 21.  The ad featured a photograph and it noted that it was a six-room English house with a two-car garage located in the Old Ochard district.  The house was priced at $12,500.
