4011 Merriweather as it appeared in 1956.  Merriweather is located near Sylvania and Talmadge.  This custom-built brick and stone four-bedroom ranch was constructed by Storer & McGranahan, Inc. of 3235 Laskey.  It featured hardwood floors and copper plumbing.  The newspaper advertisement stated that it could be replicated for under $40,000.
