George Stratford Mills of 2268 Scottwood
George S. Mills was born in London, England and came to America as a child.
He partnered with Harry Wachter from 1892 until 1897 practicing architecture under the name of Mills & Wachter.
Mills worked alone for the next 15 years until 1912 when he became the head partner of
Mills, Rhines, Bellman & Nordhoff.
