This brick side-by-side was located on the east side of Collingwood at 2020-2222. It was demolished in 1964.  2020 was home to Clara Roff, the widow of Charles Roff, in 1900.  2022 was home in 1891 to Jacob Freeman whose biography may be read in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 246.  The October 27, 1901 issue of the Toledo News Bee contained a "For Rent" listing for 2022 Collingwood, as having eleven rooms and being available for $15.00 a month.
