Now demolished, this home stood at 3128 Collingwood north of Central.  The home was vacant according to the 1911 Polk City Directory, but in 1912 was the home of Raymond Lipe.  Mr. Lipe was president and treasurer of the Raymond P. Lipe Company which sold hay and grain.
