The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Patrick O'Neil, formerly of 2224 Warren, as the next resident of 2815 Collingwood. He was with O'Neil & Weill which was a wholesale liquor business located at 323-25 Monroe Street. The 1925 and 1935 city directories both listed Roy Thal as the occupant of this home and the secretary-treasurer of the Inshield Products Company. His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 306. His wife was Clara (Gettleson) Thal. Their children were Norman Thal, age 21 in 1925; Irwin Thal, age 16 in 1925; Phillip Thal, age 13 in 1925; Teresa Thal, age 18 in 1925, and William Thal, age 10 in 1925. | |||||
