The three-story flat at 2828 Collingwood was home to Robert Weymouth, a manager; Lawrence Wilbur, occupation unknown; and Walter McHenry, a miliner at 509 Adams according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  The Wymouth family included boarders Katherine Weymouth; Mary Weymouth, the widow of John Weymouth; and Maude Weymouth, a clerk with the Hudson Compnay.  By 1918 John Meilink, occupation unknown; roomers John Meilink Jr. and Bernard Meilink, both soldiers; roomer Catherine Meilink; roomer Paul Meilink; and roomer Margaret Meilink, a public school teacher, lived here.
