The 1921 Polk City Directory listed Sigmond Sawyer and his wife Margaret Sawyer as the roomers at 2612 Collingwood.  Mr. Sanger was a lawyer with Brown, Hahn & Sanger.  His biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 3 on page 430.  The 1935 directory listed John Bunting, the vice-president of The Bunting Brass & Bronze Company, as the resident along with his wife Mary (Boyle) Bunting.  Mr. Bunting's biography and photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol.2 on page 626.
