The Lucas County Auditor's records indicated that 2608 Collingwood, a duplex, was built in 1917.  2610 Collingwood was home to salesman Frank Gernhard in 1921.  Mr. Gernhard worked for the Ralph B. Smith Company.  Mr. Smith also lived at this address.  He was the president and treasurer of the Ralph B. Smith Company.
