The 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories listed Anthony Bay as the resident of 2619 Collingwood.  Mr. Bay was the vice-president of the Wright, Russell & Bay Company.  D. E. Washburn, an osteopath with his office at 423 Spitzer Building, aslo lived in this home.
