2906 Collingwood Avenue ( now Boulevard ) was constructed circa 1903.  R G Ewing offered this nine room, two bath home at 2906 Collingwood Avenue for the consideration of $9,000.   The corner property had the paving paid.  This photograph appeared in an advertisement posted in the October 19, 1912 edition of the Toledo News Bee.
