This mansion at 2271 Collingwood was demolished in 1951 to vacate land for the construction of Collingwood Temple  It was the home of John Frank Davis of Davis Motors and his wife, the former Florence Dodge between 1928 and 1948.  F. Piercy Hodgkinson resided here in 1948, 1949 ad 1950.. His father Francis died at his son's home after living in this home for a year.
