The January 26, 1900 issue of the Toledo News-Bee contained a brief article stating that Charles Reynolds had employed a Cleveland architect to develop plans for a home to be built on Collingwood.  However, the home seen here is the work of George S. Mills of Toledo who drew the architectural drawings for Mr. Reynolds in 1903 and 1904.  The home was built in 1912.
