The Historic Old West End in Toledo, Ohio - Collingwood Boulevard



Innisfail: This interior photograph shows James Bentley, seated, and another man who may have been a member of the household staff. The painting of the woman with the flowers is currently hanging at the back entrance of the Toledo Club.

Now demolished, 2247 Collingwood was the home of pioneer auto parts manufacturer Thomas W. Warner Jr. and his wife Nettie between 1914 and 1925, having moved to this mansion from #2 Harold Arms Terrace

Warner was the President and General Manager of the Warner Manufacturing Company. His company, which had been making gears and a vertical two-cylinder engine since 1901, was acquired by the Chevrolet Company of New York in 1916.
