Built in 1889 for the J. Frank Zahm family and designed by Toledo architect David Stine, the home at 2345 Collingwood was the residence of Ida Percy, the widow of Thomas Percy in 1911 when it was sold to Bishop Schrembs. The Reverend Joseph Schrembs, the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese lived here in 1912. It was later purchased by Michael Owens, the inventor of the automatic bottle-making machine. The home was demolished in 1951. | |||||
