Builder Nathaniel Heffelbower constructed 2734 Glenwood on lot 63 Collingwood Addition in 1911.  The city directory that year listed the address as "vacant".  In 1912 the occupant was Joseph Bartley.  The 1918 Polk City Directory revealed that Joseph Bartley of Perry & Bartley was still the resident of this home.
