The Lucas County Auditor's Office listed the construction of 2433 Glenwood as 1908.  The Polk City Directory has Charles Inskeep as the resident in 1910.  He was the vice-president of the Toledo Musical College and a promoter.  Both the 1918 and 1921 city directories listed Fred Diebel, the vice-president and manager of the Allen Red Tame Cherry Company.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 285.  His wife was Elizabeth (Romeis) Diebel.
