The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Emil Kaufmann as the occupant at 2343 Glenwood.  He was with Kaufmann Brothers & Company.  Son Albert Kaufmann, a clerk, boarded here as well as Harry Kaufmann, a travel agent (salesman).  Daughter Fannie was a student in 1910.  The family's domestic was Mary Langan.  The 1921 directory listed the resident as Leland Phelps, a dentist whose office was in the Spitzer Building.
