2613 Glenwood was home to the Biggs family.  In the 1910 Polk City Directory, Franklin Biggs who was a superintendent with the Woolson Spice Company, lived here along with Florence Biggs, a student, and Lyle Biggs, who in 1918 was a clerk.  His wife was Maria Biggs.  By 1924, Lyle had left his family home and married.
