The Lucas County Auditor's records listed 2564 Glenwood as being built in 1912 at a cost of $3,500 by builder F Hall on lot 128 of Baldwin Heights Addition. Both the 1918 and the 1921 city directories listed Charles Schroeder who was the secretary of the C. H. Schroeder Company, a planing mill at 399 S. Erie. By the time that the 1924 directory was published, Mr. Schroeder had passed away. Lillian Schroeder, his widow, still lived here. | |||||
