The 1910 city directory listed Leopold Rendely, the propriator of the Toledo Window Cleaning Company, as the occupant of 2835 Glenwood.  The Reverand Frank Dean, pastor of the First United Presbyterian Church, lived here in 1918.  Driver Ira Yocum was the occupant in 1921.
