The May 26, 1907 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement of the sale of the eight-room house with bath on a corner lot at 3303 Maplewood Avenue.  The Baker, Frost & Chapman firm offered the residence at the consideration of $2,400, less than cost.
