At $2,800, this six-room home was a big value in the Overland district.  Located at 3186 Maplewood, the residence had six rooms and a bath.  It had every modern convenience except the furnace.  The advertisement by the E H Close Realty Company could be viewed in the May 1, 1917 edition of the Toledo News Bee.
