The 1918 city directory listed Robert Mattingly, a trimmer, as the resident at 652 Arcadia. Joseph Meyer whose occupation was not listed also lived here in 1918.  John Forster, a clerk at Tiedtle's, lived here in 1921.  The November 11, 1927 issue of the Toledo News-Bee reported that Mrs. Viola Palmer of this address was chosen worthy matron of the Barton Smiith Masonic Lodge.
