Built in 1916 at a price of $4,000, the house at 2922 Nesslewood Court was home to Herman Stoll, a draftsman, in 1918. Eliza Stoll, the widow of Herman Stoll, roomed here in 1918. The December 7. 1918 issue of the Toledo News-Bee advertised the sale of the house at that address by the Thomas Davies Realty Company. It was listed as "practically new" and located in an "excellent west end location". The house featured 8 rooms and a sun parlor. A. Eugene Synder and his wife Florence Synder lived at the renamed 2922 Burnett Place in 1921 and 1924. The Toledo News-Bee reported in its August 20, 1932 issue that 81-year old Louisa Neuhausel, the widow of George Neuhausel died in her home at 2922 Burnett Place. Her name appeared in the 1928 directory at this address. | |||||
