620 Chatham Court
 
The 1910 Polk City Directory listed H. Edmund Mills, the superintendent of the Toledo Cotton Goods Manufacturing Company, as one resident of 620 Chatham Court.  The other flat was home to Reuben Baumgartner who was with the Consolidated Manufacturing Company.  By 1918 the occupant of one unit was William Betts whose occupation was not listed and the second flatt's occupant was Szylard Doenitz, a salesman and jeweler.   Elbert Day who was the supervisor at the Woodward Technical High School was the occupant in 1921 while Mr. Doenitz remained in the other unit.  The 1924 directory listed Homer and Clara King and L. Belle Knowlton, a music teacher who taught from her flat..
