623 Chatham Court was home to Anna Barkdull according to the 1910, 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories.  Mrs. Barkdull was the widow of W. Harry Barkdull.  The 1910 directory also listed boarder Edith Barkdull, a teacher at the Newton School.  Helen Barkdull, also a teacher, was listed as a roomer in both the 1910 and 1918 directories.
