The 1910, 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories listed Clifford Ackerman and his wife Angela Ackerman as the residents of 625 Chatham Court.    In 1910 his firm was named Clifford Ackerman & Company which was a printing business.  By 1924 the company was known as The Ackerman-Bennett-Smith Company which had relocated at 1209 Adams from 1017 Adams, their location in 1910.
