The 1911 Polk City Directory listed Henry Tansley as the occupant of the house at 666 Collins.  Mr. Tansley was the foreman at the Toledo R & L Company.  His name also appeared at this address in the 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories.  His wife was Rose Tansley.  The 1918 and 1921 directories listed roomer Ellen Jacobs, the widow of Paschel Jacobs, at this address.
