The September 14, 1912 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement by the Moor Brothers for the sale of 3133 Kimball Avenue.  The house was described as an eight room home with bath, quarter-sawed oak finish, hardwood floors and  two gas grates.  " A modern, livable home."
