The February 2, 1912 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement for the auction of 2322 Lawrence Avenue near Virginia to the highest bidder.  It was described as a eleven room and bath home which could be converted into flats.  The auction was offered by the trustee of the estate, L. M. Friedman.
