Both the November 13 and December 4, 1909 editions of the Toledo News Bee carried an advertisement for the sale by owner of a $3,000 house for only $2,600, "a real bargain". The residence at 838 Nessle Street had seven rooms, gas and electric lights, natural gas and cement walks. It was but a half block from the Long Belt and the Overland Factory. J H Weaver of 849 Nessle posted that the home could be seen any time. | |||||
