The Historic Old West End in Toledo, Ohio - Rockingham Street

Manfred M. Stophlet of 2232 Maplewood was the architect who designed this duplex for Dr. Edward Wilkinson, owner-occupant. His office was located in the Nicholas Building at that time. The address was 437 Rockingham. Construction was completed as early as 1914. The 1918 city directory listed James Ritchie as the resident of one unit along with Ada Ritchie, a teacher, as a roomer.
