2845 Rockwood Place was home to Arthur Girard, a clerk, in 1918.  Also in 1918, Barbara Metzger, the widow of Caeser Metzger, also lived here.  Stanton Lewis, a salesman, lived here next according to the 1921 and 1924 city directories.
