Harry Stebbins, a soldier, lived at 2858 Rockwood Place in 1918.  E. E. Stebbins roomed here.  Sherwood Hawley of W. Hawley & Company, lived here in 1921. His business was selling power plant equipment.  The 1924 city directory listed Charles Holden, an accountant, along with his wife Mary Holden as occupants of this home.
