The 1911 Polk City Directory listed Watson Hawley as the resident of 2902 Rockwood Place (Parkwood Place).  Mr. Hawley was with the McNaull Boiler Manufacturing Company.  Sherwood Hawley, a salesman with J. L. Skeldon, and Watson Hawley with the  McNaull Boiler Manufacturing Comapany, boarded here.  L. E. Ludwig lived at 2902 Rockwood Place in 1918 while Albert Scherger was the occupant in 1921.  Harry Rosacrans lived here also in 1918.  Alber Scherger, now the foreman of the Toledo Laundry Company, along with his wife Helen Scherger lived here in 1924.
