614 Stratford Place
 
614 Stratford Place was built by the Wiltsie Realty Company in 1911 for $3,500.  The first occupant of the house was Jacob Zender according to the 1913 city directory.  His name appeared in the 1918, 1921 and 1924 as living at this address.  Mr. Zender was a salesman with the B. R. Baker Company, but by 1924 had become the manager of the Raab Shoe Company.  His wife was Rose Zender.
