535 Tennyson Place was constructed in 1916 and was home to Warner Pierce, a salesman, in 1918.  The 1921 and 1924 city directories listed Fred Lindow, a special agent with the Union Central Life Insurance Company.  His wife was Elizabeth Lindow.
