A photo of 2229 Warren from 1937. The 1910 city directory listed Edward L. Johnson, the secretary and treasurer of the Johnson Brothers Furniture Company, as one occupant with the other unit being home to Ashbell Warner, an oil produceer who had moved from his home at 2212 Madison which he occupied in 1907. By 1912 one unit was home to H. Jerome Andrews, a printer, and the other apartment was home to Edward Hopkins, a naval architect with the Toledo Shipbuilding Company. | |||||
